1. Clean and dry your skin, making sure it is perfectly clean and free of any skincare products. Do not apply serum, moisturizer, or night cream before applying the patch.
2. Remove the outer plastic film to reveal the adhesive side of the silicone patch.
3. Ideally, wear it overnight while you sleep for optimal results, or for 1 to 2 hours for a quick boost. Tip: We even wear one during the day, hidden under a hat.
4. Remove the silicone patch, rinse it with water or with our silicone patch cleanser, let the adhesive side air dry facing up, then place it back on its storage sheet until next use.

In my late thirties, when fine lines were starting to appear, a friend suggested I tape between my eyebrows to smooth out my frown lines. I tried it, but without success. The tape couldn't tame my facial muscles. This product, however, works because it is more effective than my muscles. I use it in the evening because the patch smooths wrinkles. It doesn't erase them; it just makes them less noticeable. I am convinced that if I had used it back then, I would spend at least a third of my day frowning (we even do it in our sleep), and my current wrinkles would be less deep and less pronounced.
